Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Name and email address when you optionally submit your Scan result
• Name, email, and scheduling details when you book an Infrastructure Review through Cal.com
• The website address you submit when you run the Scan, along with the pages we read at that address in order to produce the result
• Any information you voluntarily share during consultations

Information collected as you browse:

• Basic analytics data through Google Analytics (page views, referral source, device type, approximate location)
• We do NOT use cookies for advertising or tracking across other sites

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your Infrastructure Review booking
• To send you a personalized diagnostic analysis (only if you opted in)
• To improve our website and services
• To send relevant follow-up communication (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We will NEVER:

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Send unsolicited marketing without your consent
• Store sensitive financial information

Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Cal.com. Scheduling (processes name, email, booking time). See Cal.com's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics. Anonymous usage analytics. See Google's privacy policy.
• Vercel. Website hosting. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• HubSpot. CRM for client communications (if applicable). See HubSpot's privacy policy.
• Anthropic. The Scan is produced by a large language model. The website address you submit and the page text we read from it are sent to Anthropic for processing. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Resend. Email delivery. Processes your name and email address when you contact us or when we send you a Scan result. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Neon. Database hosting. This is where the records described above are stored. See Neon's privacy policy.

Automated Processing and AI

The Scan is generated by a large language model, not by a person reviewing your site by hand. Specifically:

• The address you submit is fetched, and the text of the pages at that address is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the result
• The result, and the information you gave alongside it, are stored so the report can be reloaded and so we can follow up if you asked us to
• No decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is made about you automatically. The Scan is an opinion about a website, not an assessment of a person

If you would rather not have your site processed this way, do not run the Scan email hello@whystrohm.com and we will do it by hand instead.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@whystrohm.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of any marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Cookies

We use minimal cookies:

• Google Analytics (_ga, _gid). Anonymous usage statistics. These help us understand how visitors interact with the site. No personal data is collected through these cookies.
• Cal.com. Session cookies required for the scheduling widget to function.

We do NOT use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to function normally without them.
