What the scan does
The Content Infrastructure Scan scores your content operation across five layers:
- Voice — is your brand voice consistent across channels?
- Production — how long does it take to ship a piece of content?
- Distribution — are you on the right channels at the right cadence?
- Measurement — can you tell what's working?
- Compounding — does each piece make the next one easier?
You paste a URL (your homepage, blog, or specific post). The scan returns a diagnostic with a score for each layer and the priority fix.
Why this exists
Most "content audits" are sales tools dressed up as diagnostics. The output always concludes that you need the agency's services.

What it measures specifically
For each layer, the scan grades 0-10:

Below 30 total = broken. 30-60 = working but fragile. 60-80 = solid foundation. 80+ = compounding system.
