The Build
NVUS was an idea with a name and a moodboard. No product system, no drop infrastructure, no narrative bridge between faith, culture, scarcity, and click-to-buy. The founder was emotionally invested in every creative decision. The system had to reduce friction, not add more edits. I elevated the brand from idea to premium visual identity: full website rebuild at nvushearts.com, Shopify headless, Meta Pixel conversion tracking, Instagram checkout routing fixes. Built the Easter Drop 2026 as a full campaign with animated reels, Meta ad creatives, and a drop-template system for teasers, calendars, and recaps. Built and scaled the YouTube channel from zero.
Audience built from zero with research-backed messaging. 75 subscribers, 22.1K views, 1.2K likes. Every short researched against the faith-streetwear buyer before it shipped. Zero paid spend. Easter Drop landed as a cohesive brand moment. Future drops are plug-and-play.
