Winnin had powerful stories but an unpredictable content pipeline. Video production was ad-hoc, disconnected from grant strategy or media distribution. Brand, nonprofit, and media presence felt unrelated to one another. Every video a one-off, not part of a system. I built the full platform: website, brand identity, and 67 structured video packages from a single shoot with narrative arcs, calls to action, and format variants. Mission-alignment checklists and pre-approved tone guardrails gate every piece before it ships. 5 automated publishing workflows.
The video rollout is launching now. Grant applications plug directly into the package library. Brand presence unifies across channels. The founder focuses on storytelling. The system handles packaging and distribution.
