Two jobs left his desk: turning a session into something publishable, and being the last line of defence on language.
Thirty years of practice with nowhere to put it. He runs the room now, and we run everything after it.

- Runs the room. Never opens an editor
A session becomes a campaign by morning.
The room ends on a Monday afternoon and the whole campaign is live before Tuesday lunch. He does not sit in the middle of that, and it does not wait on a production slot.
It ran the same way the second time.
Session two carried grief rather than denial, so none of the cuts could be reused. The sequence was: seven captioned clips on a one-a-day schedule, six collages, a carousel, the group stills, and the promotion for session three. Same rails, different room.
Nothing publishes that he would have to walk back.
Person-first language is checked before a draft reaches the queue. The blocked terms are a list in his repository, so a draft containing one never becomes a post. It is a gate, not a review step someone can be too busy for.
He stays in his work.
Tyshaun owns the curriculum and the room. The infrastructure underneath runs across 15+ live platforms and microsites, and he is not the one operating any of them.

What’s actually built
What runs on the site, the pipeline working on his footage, and the language rules that gate every publish.
Built into the site
6 features running for him
- 01
A chat widget trained on his voice that routes families, funders and individuals to the right page in one tap
- 02
A Happening Now block that puts the live session, lab or launch above the fold and swaps per event from one config
- 03
Every blog post shipping with a matching short, cut from the same source
- 04
Enquiries routing into his Notion workspace, triaged before he sees them
- 05
Voice guardrails at publish, so forbidden language cannot leave the pipeline
- 06
Call scheduling on the site, so a high-intent visitor books without an email thread
Selected reels
Daily storytelling, tuned to the audience
We do not run ads. We run campaigns. The founder cuts up top came from a single 22-minute talk he recorded on his phone, returned as a set of on-brand, captioned reels. Cohort signup reels, lab promos, session recaps, person-first, on his mark. Tap any reel to watch.
